This site was created by a couple that identifies themselves simply as Suze and Ev. (Although they put up their picture on the site) For over 1o years, they’ve been running and managing their own lucrative cleaning business from home.

They claim that commercial cleaning is the best business to be in because it’s recession-proof and you can start really fast. Also, the skills can be easily learned for a high-paying job where there will always be a demand.

Of course, getting started can be really confusing for someone with no background in business. That’s why they provide special produces and services that allow you to have an expert hold you by then hand and show you, step-by-step, how to star your very own cleaning business.
The site features a lot of freebies for those of you on limited budgets. They have a cleaning e-zine newsletter that you can sign up for, and they also have a pro-members section for those who are willing to shell out some bucks to get results.

But before you spend your money, I’d recommend checking out the section that explains Suze and Ev’s methods. There’s a lot of useful information in there.

They offer a wide range of e-books and coaching products that will help you start a general cleaning business, carpet cleaning, home cleaning, office cleaning, or window cleaning business. The possibilities are somewhat limitless with the options they give you.

Instant Office Cleaning Kit

Certainly this site's one that's easy to understand. Here is a review of today's most relevant a cleaning companies that's changing small maintenance and janitorial. In my opinion, this is one that everyone can enjoy.

This book claims you can make $54,000 PART-TIME with your first year as a commercial cleaner by running your own business. The author claims he did it and that you can too. He says you don't need to invest anything and they no experience is required to start immediately.

The potential seems so great it can be hard to believe. He now offers a chance yo make full-time worker earning on the hours of a part-time employee, if you can believe that.

He gives his real name (Sam Rodman), and even his real phone number because he wants to make sure you don't confuse him with other less-experienced companies that you might find out on the internet.

Anyone can clean a building, but the hard part is finding quality accounts that will bring in big money for you.
Sam started with only a spray bottle and a borrowed vacuum. But after just 3 months of hard work, he was bringing in over $4500 per month.

He even tells the story of Gerald Martin, a man he trained. Gerald was unemployed and had a family to support. Within a very short period of time, he managed to grow his company into a $400k/year company that's managed by someone else, allowing him more free time to enjoy his wealth with his family.

And phoenix isn't the only city that has blogs for its cleaning sites, I can easily think of many other web sites that host constant high-quality article generation. A Dallas Cleaner company has been known to produce some goos content, and so has a major Houston Cleaner company that I know.

on the other hand, there are different tones to look for in these blogs. The previous blog entries were much more serious than the average business web site. Streak Free Profits

This company claims that you can use their system to easily make $50K to $100K in your first year, even if you have no experience in cleaning. They not only teach everything you need to do, but they also teach you what traps to avoid so you don’t make the same common start-up mistakes that the author had made during his learning process.

Unlike some of the other systems featured here, this isn’t a book. It’s an entire system that holds your hand and guides you through every step of the process, and also gives you the tools that you need to make it happen for you.

His name is Tanner Larson, and he was struggling through his first year of college in 2002. He was so poor he could barely make ends meet, working all day long as a receiving clerk for a construction supply company, and going to school at night.
Then one day, he saw an ad in the paper offering a chance to purchase his very own established window cleaner business. At first, he started off small... just cleaning houses and businesses on weekends. But soon, the business started growing rapidly.

Word of the business got out, and soon this little hobby project exploded into a full-fledged business. In his first year, he made the impressive sum of nearly $90,000. (Best of all, there was low overhead)

If that wasn’t enough, the next year he made over $180,000.
This cleaning business is a great first company to start because it has very low start-up cost and very low operating expenses. And since it’s not uncommon for window cleaners to make over $100 per hour, it can also be very profitable.

Not bad for a repeat business with high demand and unlimited growth potential. Could you imagine working from home and dictating your own hours and making good money in your spare time.

This package in includes video classes, marketing materials, forms, newsletters, private memberships and much more.

Postsonfire is another great site that's actually quite slick and easy to use. I've never had problems locating cleaning information in this web2.0 project. If you really want to find a great group of people for your cleaning business. Very convenient.

I've been using Mixx for a while now. It's one of those applications that really takes a long time for you to truly appreciate. Once you've got a rythm down, you'll see that it's actually a nice and useful tool for your everyday cleaning challenges. Go have a look.

That's this is a site to look out for. This is this social media submission is good for predicting future consumer behavior. Make sure to take a look if you haven't done so already. Very friendly to commercial cleaners.

For my last one, a site that's especially close to my heart. I don't know what it is about this site, but a part of me has always been curious to see what would come of this project. Much appreciated for their efforts to help domestic and office cleaning people.

One more site I'd like to point out is this old digg account. This is one of my first web sites where I host a lot of my favorite cleaning links. Go ahead and make good use of it.

The debate for why to hire an office cleaner

As you were starting up you primarily had to do everything on your own. But since your business was growing, your staff began to grow so that your time could be better spent.

And my guess would be that office cleaning is one of those tasks that is done by internal employees. In this article, I'm going to advise you on what to think about when deciding how to allocate your HR budget. And here are some strong arguments as to why it's a wise idea to get a commercial cleaner to maintain your workplace.

The job gets done: In many instances, staff are not treating it as a priority. With busy employee schedules, they'll be too preoccupied to clean the office. At the start, most will keep the schedule. But as time goes by, it will wind up becoming a low priority. At the outset, the chore will be completely forgotten about.

They catch the details: Since these professional janitors only do one job all day, they can do the job better than anyone. They will catch things that you'd normally overlook, and they often have better standards of cleanliness. Because these people clean constantly, they develop a habit to also tidy up quicker.

Faster & cheaper: Since office cleaners clean offices all the time, they develop advanced skills. Because they can do more work in less time, they cost less. They are often much more cost-effective than getting your own staff to do the work.

As an office manager, you are always on the lookout for ways to eliminate unnecessary labor costs. Cleaning tasks are an effective task to get a specialist to do.

By following this, you can save money and get the best results. If you follow the advice listed here, you’ll soon have a cleaner office with less worry.
